Alhaji Khalifa Muhammed holds a National Diploma (ND) in Human Resources Management from the prestigious Kaduna Polytechnic and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration from the same institution. He attended Government Secondary School Ilorin, Kwara State and Ubanduma Primary School Kontagora, Niger State. Khalifa is a retired Civil Servant with Kamuku National Park also served on the Board of IPI Solutions. He is a Councilor in charge of Special Duties in Borgu Kingdom and a member of Borgu Emirate Council of Niger state. He is also a philanthropist and a lover of the people. — **ALHAJI KHALIFA A. Is a versatile and experienced Insurance Professional with Specialties in Energy/Power, Aviation Insurance, with a demonstrated history of working in various sections of insurance technical competencies, such as General Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance. He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Reasoning, Coaching, and Team building.
Ola is a graduate of Lagos State University, Lagos with a Second Class Hons (Upper Division) and Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, also an Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is a member of both the Nigeria Institute of Management and Risk Management Society of Nigeria.
Ola started his insurance career in 2009 with Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc and served the company in various insurance technical duties, including General Insurance Underwriting, Claims Processing, Administration, Post Loss Survey, Loss Adjustment and Negotiation, Energy and Special Risks Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance.
He proceeded to Wapic Insurance Plc (Now Coronation Insurance Plc) where he served as the Deputy Head, Corporation Underwriting with focus on Engineering, Marine & Aviation, Oil & Gas, and other Special Risks.
He had a stint at MarshFJC International Insurance Brokers Limited before moving on to Supreme Equitable Insurance Brokers Limited where he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing the entire operation of the company.
He joined Ability Insurance Brokers Limited in April, 2022 as the pioneer Managing Director to run the affairs of the organization to success.

Prior to Joining Ability Insurance Brokers & Consultants. He is a professional with a background in Financial Services, Insurance, Payment Solutions, Management and Strategic Studies. Bola Omoniwa spent over 11 years of in the Nigerian Banking sector heading crucial departments at every step with marked notable achievements in the respective roles he has occupied. His belief is that integrity and the customer are the major assets of a successful enterprise. He is motivated to create wealth through the application of dedication, information, and strategic decision making. He has expertise in Project management, Financial management, and Personnel/Employee development.
He possesses an undergraduate degree in Accounting from the prestigious Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Master's degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies from The Nigerian Defense Academy, Kaduna as well as a Diploma in Strategic Management from the Metropolitan School of Business & Management, London UK.
His banking career took him through various aspects of banking and finance from Cash Management through Treasury Operations, Credit, and Relationship Management before leaving banking in 2012 to focus on private enterprise. He is the President & CEO of The Templecom Group, he also serves on the Boards of Lead Remit Inc. – A Central Bank of Nigeria licensed Money Transfer Operator with operations in Europe and North America.
