MD – Ola Oladokun

Is a versatile and experienced Insurance Professional with Specialties in Energy/Power, Aviation Insurance, with a demonstrated history of working in various sections of insurance technical competencies, such as General Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance. He is skilled in Negotiation, Business Planning, Analytical Reasoning, Coaching, and Team building.
Ola is a graduate of Lagos State University, Lagos with a Second Class Hons (Upper Division) and Master’s Degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos, Akoka Lagos. He is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria, also an Associate of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria. He is a member of both the Nigeria Institute of Management and Risk Management Society of Nigeria.
Ola started his insurance career in 2009 with Consolidated Hallmark Insurance Plc and served the company in various insurance technical duties, including General Insurance Underwriting, Claims Processing, Administration, Post Loss Survey, Loss Adjustment and Negotiation, Energy and Special Risks Underwriting, Claims and Reinsurance.
He proceeded to Wapic Insurance Plc (Now Coronation Insurance Plc) where he served as the Deputy Head, Corporation Underwriting with focus on Engineering, Marine & Aviation, Oil & Gas, and other Special Risks.
He had a stint at MarshFJC International Insurance Brokers Limited before moving on to Supreme Equitable Insurance Brokers Limited where he served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing the entire operation of the company.
He joined Ability Insurance Brokers Limited in April, 2022 as the pioneer Managing Director to run the affairs of the organization to success.
Ola has attended various insurance trainings and conferences relating to General Insurance, Energy & Power, Marine & Aviation, Risk Management and so on.
