A professional risk management expert with more than two decades Industry experience spanning from Insurance Underwriting and Brokerage with Interest in Investment, Consultancy, Insurance and Real Estate. He holds a Honorary Professional Fellowship Doctorate in Strategic Business Management and Human Capital Development West Africa from the Chartered Institute of Public Resources Management and Politics (CIPRMP) Ghana, and a Master of Science in Marketing Communication from InstitutSuperieur De Communication Et De Gestion (ISCG) University, Republic of Benin in 2019. Caxton is a product of Kaduna Polytechnic (KADPOLY) where he obtained his National Diploma (ND) in Marketing and also obtained his Higher National Diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management from the same Institution. He also has a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of Chartered Institute for Loans and Risk Management of Nigeria. He is a Member of Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also an Associate of Risk Managers Society of Nigeria (RIMSON). Caxton started his insurance career with Industrial and General Insurance Company (IGI) and later joined First Alliance Pensions and Benefits now [ARM Pensions] as the pioneer Ogun State Coordinator. He then later joined Standard Alliance Pension Managers now PAL Pensions as its pioneer Zonal Manager (North-West) where he was later deployed and assigned to Standard Alliance Life Assurance, Kano office as the pioneer Zonal Manager, Kano State. He later joined Alliance and General Insurance PLC as Regional Director, Northern Operations. He also had a stint with Cornerstone Insurance Plc as Business Manager and later joined Standard Alliance Insurance Plc as Business Manager before becoming an Investment Partner with Amana Insurance Brokers and Consultant Limited where he turned around the operations and business development activities of the company from a lost income broking company to  profitability as the leading pioneer and consortium participation as broker in some of the key risk portfolio exposures in Insurance industry for both public and private space. Caxton is the EVC of Ability Insurance Brokers & Consultants Ltd. He has attended numerous trainings in Product Development, CRM, Aviation, Special Risk, Composite Insurance Offerings, Risk Appertite Evaluation, and risk management both local and international.  He is a Member Nigerian Polo Association and a promoter of Amana Polo Team and holds a Traditional Title of “Sardauna Babba” in Ninzo Chiefdom Sanga LG, Kaduna State. Caxton is married. He is also a member of various social clubs.
